Naked & Gold-Painted to Launch Her Own 'Rich Prosecco'

Paris Hilton has launched a new venture and poses naked for the advertising campaign that launches her 'luxury' Prosecco sparkling wine in a can.
Hilton appears nude, completely painted gold, while crawling across a desert, to advertise her new line of bubbly drink, called Rich Prosecco.
The copy reads: "The perfect 'starter drink' for your night or a special pleasure as a reward at the end of the day."
The drink is available in three varieties: straight and flavored with passion fruit or strawberry. The 26 year-old Hilton is currently promoting the new "bubbly blonde" drink in Berlin, Germany, and in 2008 will introduce the product in the US.
This is the latest addition to Paris Hilton's expanding business empire. In fact, the socialite, who is famous for being famous, already has her own perfume, jewelry, shoe, and bag lines. This is in addition to having released a pop album, starred in TV shows, and appeared in some movies.
In June 2007, Hilton spent 23 days in jail for driving with a suspended licence, which was a term of her probation from a previous DUI (driving under the influence) charge.
Apparently now she always makes sure to be driven home after a night out partying.
From the point of view of a wine buff who loves good Prosecco, I hope that this trivialization of an excellent product will not in the end, harm the 'real' Prosecco which, in the Brut and Extra Dry DOC versions offer extremely high quality sparkling wines.
Please, remember that Hilton's Rich Prosecco is a 'drink', not a wine, really.
